From Wikipedia: Wii Fit[a] is an exergaming video game designed by Nintendo's Hiroshi Matsunaga[4] for the Wii home video game console,[5] featuring a variety of yoga, strength training, aerobics, and balance mini-games for use with the Wii Balance Board peripheral. Matsunaga described the game as a "way to help get families exercising together".[6] It has since been adopted by various health clubs around the world, and has previously been used for physiotherapy rehabilitation in children[7][8] and in nursing homes to improve posture in the elderly.
